Once concept, design and colors are approved, 50% deposit is due at the time of order.  The balance is due in full at the scheduled pickup time by customer or delivery to the location provided.  If payment is NOT paid in full, no delivery will be made by Exquisite Occasions.

Events & Weddings

(Full-Service)


​Full-service consists of (2) or more of the following: Catering, Design & Decor, Floral, Planning & Rentals.


All events and weddings are customized from one to another and consultation is recommended by appointment only.  


After consultation a formal proposal will be submitted between (2) and (4) weeks after meeting depending on the scheduled availability during that time.  


Exquisite Occasions will not hold any available dates until a booking deposit of $350.00 is paid.  The booking deposit can be made at consultation if confident of our services and must be paid within 30 days of proposal submission.  Once proposal(s) are approved between both parties, the $350.00 will then confirm approval as a down-payment for services.  Go to our "Calendar" page to see what dates are available. 


Should the same date be requested by someone else within that 30 days, you and your consultation date takes priority.


Depending on the scheduled date of services should cancellation become a factor, the deposit may be (100%) refundable within 30 days of approval, 31-90 days (50%) may be refundable, 91-120 days (25%) may be refundable depending on the situation.  After 120 days, deposit is non-refundable.

Catering

(Drop-off, Full-Service)


Catering provided for a minimum 
of 10 guests up to 500 guests.


Menus available upon request by email or on the "Forms" page of our website .  Menu choices consist of (1) printed menu or several items off different menus to customize for your menu.


Catering for small groups under 25 guests for drop-off service will be charged $16.99 minimum per person, typically served with heavy duty plastic ware, disposable utensils, platters and aluminum pans.


Catering for small groups under 25 guests for full-service will be charged $16.99

minimum per person, plus 1-attendant at $15.00 per hour, typically served with heavy duty plastic ware, paper napkins, disposable utensils, platters and aluminum pans.  Glassware, stainless flatware, chafers, linen buffet tablecloth, linen napkins available upon requests for a $75.00 service fee.


Exquisite Occasions is permitted by local & state policies, regulations and inspected by the Halifax County Health Department.  Our Grade rating is available for viewing and questioning upon request.  Our current rating is an "A" 96 as of January 2016.
